Boek
In 1801, five ships sailed to England from the harbour of Piraeus in Greece. Their cargoes were filled with statues, metopes, friezes and other pieces of art originating from the Parthenon in Athens. To this day, these `Parthenon Marbles are exhibited in the British Museum in London. Up to now, the Greek people are still waiting in vain for the return of the stolen art.
Aristos Brown, a self-made business man, unexpectedly becomes involved in the battle for the return of the `Parthenon Marbles to Greece. Inspired by Homer and chased by the English secret service, he takes up the fight together with his personal assistant Annie Steel. Their dangerous journey over Corfu, Peloponnesus and the island Ithaca ends in Athens. The possible return of the `Parthenon Marbles to Greece rests on their shoulders.
Will they bring the assignment to a good end?
