A quick reference for the effective treatment of patients with common vascular diseases, both arterial and venous, presented in outline format. The fourth edition published in 2001 just as endovascular procedures became mainstream treatment options, and no doubt suffered from the lack of covereage. It has nevertheless sold steadily as it aged. The fifth edition will cover common endovascular procedures and their pre and postoperative management issues. It will also provide care checklists for specific vascular disease categories with contemporary references on which the checklists are based. The fifth edition will mark a transition to an author team of young, endovascular-savvy surgeons. «
